  12.   1. A working WINSOCK.DLL.
  13.     a) If operating on a TCPIP stack you will need a network card which
  14.        is connected to a network.
  15.     b) If you're using QWINSOCK.DLL and are not on a network you will
  16.        need a modem and an Internet provider in order to connect to the
  17.        Internet.
  18.   2. Microsoft Windows version 3.1 or higher.

  21. Section 2  - Installing Global Chat

  24.   This program should be automatically installed with the InternetSuite.
  25.   Global Chat should be installed in the GLOBLCHT subdirectory unless you've
  26.   installed it elsewhere.

  28.   Once unpacked, Global Chat is a stand alone program and may run
  29.   independently of the other programs in the InternetSuite.  It should
  30.   be compatible with any WINSOCK.DLL including QWINSOCK.DLL.
